  4. If the patient is a new patient (not previously enter in the system), just click on ΓÇÿnew patientΓÇÖ.

  6. If the patient to be examined has already been entered the patientΓÇÖs 
  7. name should be highlighted. Enter the patientΓÇÖs last name in the upperbox or use the ΓÇÿtabΓÇÖ 
  8. key to go to the I.D. box 
  9. and enter a I.D. number.  
  10. Once the name is 
  11. highlighted (if the 
  12. correct patient is not 
  13. highlighted use the arrow 
  14. key to highlight the 
  15. correct name) and click
  16. on OK.
